Delivery information

Standard parcel delivery – £9.95 (No minimum order value)

All standard parcel orders are charged at a flat rate of £9.95, with no minimum order value required. We aim to dispatch and deliver orders on the next working day, subject to stock availability. All delivery charges are exclusive of VAT.

Pallet and bulky item delivery

Palletised or bulky items are sent via a 2–3 day delivery service and are charged on a price-on-application (POA) basis per pallet. Discounts may be available for multiple pallet consignments.</>

A next-day pallet service is available for an additional £18.00 per pallet.

Geographical coverage

The delivery rates and timeframes listed above apply to Mainland UK customers.

Customers in the Channel Islands, the Irish Republic, and other overseas locations should contact our Customer Services team for a tailored carriage quotation.

Please note: “Working day” refers to Monday–Friday and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

Returns policy

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return carriage costs for non-faulty items. We reserve the right to reject returns or credit requests where products are damaged or not in re-saleable condition.

Please note that customised products and items with SPL product codes are non-returnable.
