Min/max memory and programmable high/low alarm with 1° increments. Alarm sounds for up to 12 hours even if the temperature returns to the normal range.
Solid-state probe sealed in a miniature bottle filled with non-toxic glycol, eliminating mercury contamination. The solution is FDA GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe).
Temperature-buffered sensor minimizes fluctuations caused by opening refrigerator doors.
Probe and 10′ (305cm) cable are waterproof for monitoring liquids, air, gases, and semi-solids.
