Lock-To-Pole IV Lock Box designed to secure controlled substance infusions against tampering, diversion and theft.
Dual clamps secure the box directly to the IV pole, while the door closes over the pole to lock the entire box in place.
Manufactured from durable Clear PETG for everyday use and visibility of contents.
Available with two locking options:
- Key Lock – SKU: 17938
  - Key-lock models are keyed alike.
  - Different keying options are available on request.
- Keyless Entry Digital Lock – SKU: 17958
  - Uses a four-digit access code for immediate access control.
  - Provides three levels of user access.
  - No audit trail.
Accommodates IV bags up to 1,000mL.
When used with 1,000mL IV bags, the ports remain outside the box.
Suitable for IV poles up to 22mm diameter.
Dimensions: 191mm × 267mm × 114mm.
